|
With using the TFC-SR2 spiral nanofiltration membrane, whey was acidified at different pH to measure the effect of desalination. The ash of dry condensed product in different feed conditions was measured. Results indicated that the best condition for demineralization was achieved for the isoelectric point of Whey protein (pH=4.60). And at pH 4.60 with diafiltration of 1.3 MPa, higher demineralization was gotten. |
