Abstract：

TiO2 suspension was treated using Polyvinylidene Fluoride（PVDF）tubular membrane module.The effects of different technical conditions on membrane flux were discussed.And the process of cleaning online was investigated.The results showed that the membrane flux decreased greatly running 30min,and then remained stable.The membrane flux increased with the increasing of circulation flow rate,decreased with the increase of suspension concentration and increased with the increase of operating pressure.The membrane flux changed no longer when the outlet pressure increased to 0.1MPa above. The membrane flux recovery rate could reach over 90% after cleaning online 1min.
