Abstract：

The bent flat membrane（BFM）system was designed by optimizing membrane tube and membrane element for achieving steady flux and high quality filtrate. The flux could be stable at 65 L•m-2•h-1, when this system was used for filtrating gibberellins, and 15 L•m-2•h-1 for filtrating cephalosporin C. Meanwhile, the protein retentate rate of gibberellins and cephalosporin C was higher than 85%.
