Study on the H2SO4 and NaOH are regenerated from Na2SO4 liquor by constant current density during bipolar membrane electrodialysis of three cell (BMED). The process of BMED is experiment by two types of bipolar membranes (BPM) and the same anion exchange membranes, and analysed interaction which are bipolar membrane quality and water flux of acid cell with proton leakage in the regeneration process of acid. The results showed that water flux of acid cell connect with proton leakadge, and resistance of bipolar membrane impact water flux of acid cell, while the extent of proton leakage is decreased with increase of water flux of acid cell, accordingly resistance of bipolar membrane should be less,all of investigation during the same current density. Farther ,it is indicated that the losing water quantity for proton leakage is the part of gross of water leakage of acid cell. Which can give some references for industrial application of BMED. |
