Abstract: |
|
In this present study, different PVDF modified membranes were prepared by non-solvent induced phase separation (NIPS) method. The effects of PVDF solid content, polyethylene glycol (PEG) - 400 solid content on membranes performances were researched. In addition, the performance of different PVDF modified membranes and F60S membranes, saled on the market, were compared and analysed. The results showed that, the membranes aperture and pure water flux decreases gradually with the increase of PVDF solid content, BSA retention rate and mechanical property increased. The aperture of membranes decreased and then increased with PEG-400 solid content increased, BSA retention rate increased and then decreased gradually, the pure water flux increased, and mechanical properties decreased. The aperture and pure water flux of PVDF/PEG membrane were slightly smaller than F60S membrane, BSA retention rate, mechanical properties and blood compatibility of PVDF/PEG membrane were better than F60S membrane. |
