Abstract: |
|
the mass transfer characteristics of the acrylic acid in two different anion exchange membranes (JAM-I-10 and ACM homogeneous membrane) were studied. It was indicated that the effect of temperature and acrylic acid concentration on mass transfer coefficient across JAM-I-10 and ACM membranes was the same. In the range of 15 to 30℃, the mass transfer coefficient increased with the increase of the temperature and followed the Arrhenius' Equation. At the temperature of 20℃, when the concentration of acrylic acid increased from 0.5mol/L to 4.0mol/L, the mass transfer coefficient changed little. Under the same condition, the mass transfer coefficient of acrylic acid in the ACM homogeneous membrane was significantly lower than that in the JAM-I-10 homogeneous membrane. |
