Abstract: |
|
PVA-CS/PHBV composite membranes were prepared by coating the PVA/CS solution on the surface of PHBV electrospun fibers. The properties of PVA-CS/PHBV composite membranes were investigated throught adjusting the volume ratio of PVA/CS. The viscosity and mass ratio of PVA/CS were the main factors that influenced on the morphology of the PVA-CS/PHBV composite membranes. SEM was used to observe the surface and cross-sectional morphology of these membranes. The uniform PHBV fibers as based layer could be obtained at 8 wt%. After adjusting the proper PVA/CS solutions, the smooth and fully CS-PVA coated layer was covered on the PHBV scaffold surface as 8 wt% PVA-2.5 wt%CS (PVA/CS, 5:5 ). As the results, the permeate flux and ovalbumin rejection of PVA-CS/PHBV composite membranes could reach 6.41×103 L/(m2?h) and 89.94%, respectivily. Further more, the composite membranes exhibited good adsorption and separation of heavy metal ion and disperse dyes |
