Abstract: |
|
A novel flat sheet membrane casting equipment used for membrane research was introduced. The related technical background and the structure design, circuit principle, performance parameter, operation method and some properties of this equipment were described in this paper. This equipment can accurately adjust the membrane thickness. The casting speed and the temperature can be controlled easily. Membranes can be cast on the glass or other substrate, such as non-woven. The experiment result showed that the membranes obtained had uniform thickness, high precision and good repeatability. This paper provided a new casting equipment for the research of the flat sheet membrane. |
