|
With Non-solvent induced phase method, poly (vinylidene fluoride) (PVDF) membranes were made by self-designed Flat Membrane Casting Equipment.In order to improve the comprehensive performance of the PVDF ultrafiltration membranes, this research used polyethylene glycol and titanium dioxide nanoparticles as additive, and studied the microstructure morphology, flux and pepsin resistance of PVDF ultrafiltration membranes with different doses of PVDF, PEG and TiO2 as the modifier.According to the results, the excellent membrane can be get with 22wt. % PVDF, 17.5wt.% PEG-6000 and 0.5wt.% TiO2 nanoparticles as additive, which flux and pepsinresistance have reached 1030(L/m2•h•bar) and 76.0%. |
