As a new type of osmosis driven membrane separation process, Forward Osmosis (FO) developed rapidly in recent years. It has many advantages such as low power consumption, high separation, low membrane fouling, running under normal temperature and pressure and so on. So it has promising prospects in many fields especially in concentration. In this article, Cellulosetriacetate (CTA) FO membrane was prepared through phase inversion method and then it was use to concentrate soybeanoligosaccharidesandresearchtheprocess of concentrationofmembranefouling and cleaning.In the experiment, when deionized water is served as feed solution and NaCl as draw solution, thewater flux stabilizes 13.6Lm-2h-1. The membrane rejection of NaCl is 94-99%. |
