Abstract: |
|
AA and heparin were grafted onto the surface of PSfhollow fiber membranesfor artificial lung by low temperature plasma technology to improvetheir blood compatibility. The contact angle and grafting degree of modified PSf membrane was optimized by being treated for process time of 60s with Aratmosphere at power of 40 W.The amounts of adsorbed BSA and adhesive platelets on the grafted PSf membranes decreasedsignificantly.Besides, the experimental results of gas-liquid transfer indicated that the modified membrane retained excellent gas permeation flux of PSfmembrane, which could achievebasically the gas exchange transmission capacity of artificial lung. |
