Abstract: |
|
Amphiphilic Block copolymers of polystyrene and poly(acrylic acid) were prepared by atom transfer radical polymerization techniques(ATRP). The molecular weights and polydispersities, composition, structure and hydrolytic percentage of the polymers were determined by gel permeation chromatography (GPC), 1HNMR spectra, FT-IR and titration. The as-synthesized amphiphilic PS-b-PAA was introduced to assist the fabrication of ordered porous PLA film. Several influencing factors on the morphology of film were investigated, such as the length of PAA block, the addition content of PS-b-PAA, concentration of solution and relative humidity. Then the pores of PS-b-PAA/PLA films were filled with tea polyphenol to achieve the antibacterial film whose antibacterial performance were evaluated by antibacterial ring method. The results indicated that the presence of film hole and aperture have an impact on load amount of antibacterial agent, which will effect the antibacterial performance. |
