Abstract: |
|
The production of low sulfur or even sulfur free gasoline has been an inevitable worldwide trend. The Polyimide hybrid membranes filled Y zeolites have been prepared and their desulfurization performances have been investigated. IR spectroscopy showed that zeolites had been introduced into PI membranes. The Desulfurization performance has been improved after being filled with zeolites. Desulfurization performance showed the distribution difference and competitive adsorption between thiophene and n-heptane in zeolites. It is the reason for desulfurization of zeolites. The permeation flux increased with the increased of feed temperature, but the sulfur enrichment factor increased first and decreased then. |
