From the view of fluid mechanics, the characteristics of tubular MBR membrane filtration process were studied. Results showed that the cylindrical shape characteristics of the single tube membrane caused the change of the boundary layer and enhanced the turbulence compared to the general flat membrane surface, it is more conductive to curb the formation of pollution layer on the membrane surface. The mutual interference effect of boundary layer between membrane tubes in the module changed the form of the boundary layer of the single tube membrane, intensified the disturbance, effectively reduced the pollution layer formation. Tubular MBR of triangular staggered structure due to its neat geometric shapes can achieve good hydraulic characteristics and high membrane flux, the isosceles staggered structure is next, in-line structure is relatively weak; appropriately increasing aeration strength can enhance the interaction of the gas-liquid mixed flow between the membrane tubes. |
