Abstract: |

Polyvinylidene fluoride (PVDF) hollow-fiber membranes are widely used in the field of water treatment, but it is prone to membrane fouling in the actual operation process, which restricts its long-term stable operation. The current research shows that the membrane modified by graphene oxide (GO) nanomaterials has excellent anti-fouling performance, but there will be problems such as membrane flux decline and structural instability. In this study, PVDF-GO / ZIF-8 composite membrane was successfully prepared by using polydopamine (PDA) as the covalent grafting medium, grafting GO as the modified layer, and GO oxygen-containing groups as the coordination sites to promote the in-situ growth of ZIF-8, and the membrane filtration performance and stability were improved. The experimental results showed that GO grafting significantly enhanced the hydrophilicity and electronegativity of the membrane. Using bovine serum albumin (BSA) as the model pollutant, the water flux recovery rate of the GO membrane increased from 57.01% to 79.65%, and the antifouling performance was enhanced. After the introduction of ZIF-8, the pure water flux increased from 334.35 L/(m2·h)of GO membrane to 558.65 L/(m2·h).At the same time, the composite membrane still maintained the high-throughput recovery rate in the pollution cycle filtration experiment, and showed better compression resistance and operational stability, which provided the new idea for the preparation of high-performance separation membrane for water treatment. |
