| 聚偏氟乙烯接枝3-苯基丙烯酸的改性研究 |

以过氧化对苯二甲酰(BPO)为引发剂,3-苯基丙烯酸为单体,在N,N-二甲基甲酰胺溶液中引发接枝聚合,制得接枝3-苯基丙烯酸的聚偏氟乙烯。通过红外测试、差示扫描量热仪以及热失重分析表明3-苯基丙烯酸(CA)接枝到PVDF骨架上。通过接触角测试,发现改性后的聚偏氟乙烯(PVDF-g-P(CA))的接触角由88°降低到54°。以聚乙烯吡咯烷酮(PVP)为致孔剂,分别以PVDF和改性后的PVDF-g-P(CA)为原料,采用流延法制备聚偏氟乙烯膜。通过扫描电子显微镜(SEM)观测了PVDF 膜改性前后的表面形貌,测试接枝前后PVDF膜纯水通量。结果表明,PVDF-g-P(CA)膜的孔径在600-700 nm之间,孔径分布较均匀,纯水通量为81 L/(m2•h),比PVDF膜的水通量增加了16 L/(m2•h)。 |
