采用反渗透膜分离技术对PVC离心母液进行处理实验,对PVC母液进行了2次RO膜分离,第一次通过RO膜的渗透液电导为42.3 µs;考察了渗透液第二次通过RO膜时压力对膜通量以及电导的影响,分析得压力为1MPa时,渗透液电导为最低的7.37 µs。在确定了压力参数后,考察了PVC母液第二次经过RO膜分离运行时间对膜通量、渗透液电导及COD的影响。结果表明,出水达到排放标准,经进一步处理可回用于生产。 |

It showed that the lowest outcome filtrate conductance was 7.37 µs when the pressure was 1MPa. After determining the parameter of pressure, the effect of runtime on membrane flux, filtrate conductance, COD in the second reverse osmosis process was analyzed.
