将聚砜(PSf)和聚醚砜酮(PPESK)按比例共混,采用L-S相转化法制备超滤膜,考察共混比、固含量、添加剂等对膜水通量和截留率的影响。实验结果表明:当聚合物的固含量12%, PSf/PPESK共混比7/3,NMP作溶剂,PEG-4000作添加剂,凝胶浴温度50 ℃,挥发时间10 s,所制得的PSf/PPESK共混膜性能较好,其水通量为1.930 L/(m2h)m3/(m2•h•0.05Mpa)(本单位换成标准单位L/(m2h)),对牛血清蛋白的截留率为58.2%。 |

:The blend ultrafiltration membrane was made using polysulfone (PSF) and poly(phthalazinone ether sulfone ketone) (PPESK) as membrane material by liquid-solid phase inversion method. The effects of blend ratio, polymer concentration and additive concentration upon the fluxes and BSA retention were investigated. The experimental results showed that the optimal preparation parameters were the polymer concentration 12%, blending ratio (m(PSF)/m(PPESK)) 7/3, PEG-4000 as additive content, the coagulation bath temperature 50℃ and evaporation time 10s. The flux of PSf/PPESK membrane was 1930 L/ (m2h) and 58.2% rejection to BSA. |
