采用聚偏氟乙烯(PVDF)管式膜组件处理TiO2悬浮液,考察不同工艺条件对膜通量的影响;并对膜的在线清洗工艺进行研究。实验结果表明:膜通量运行初始30min有较大降低,之后基本保持稳定;膜通量随着循环流量的增大而增加;随悬浮液浓度的增加而逐渐减小;随运行压力增加而增加,当出口压力增加到0.1MPa以上时,膜通量基本不再随压力变化;管式膜在线清洗1min时,膜通量恢复率可达90%以上。 |

TiO2 suspension was treated using Polyvinylidene Fluoride(PVDF)tubular membrane module.The effects of different technical conditions on membrane flux were discussed.And the process of cleaning online was investigated.The results showed that the membrane flux decreased greatly running 30min,and then remained stable.The membrane flux increased with the increasing of circulation flow rate,decreased with the increase of suspension concentration and increased with the increase of operating pressure.The membrane flux changed no longer when the outlet pressure increased to 0.1MPa above. The membrane flux recovery rate could reach over 90% after cleaning online 1min. |
