本文重点介绍了超滤+臭氧工艺在再生水厂的应用,采用长期的生产经验及数据,分析超滤膜技术及臭氧脱色技术的运行参数。结果表明,根据实际运行情况提出的超滤膜清洗频次和合理的化学清洗药液的使用,可使超滤系统保持长期稳定运行及出水水质稳定;通过运行数据的不断积累,摸索出合理的臭氧投加量和做到投加最优化。 |

This article focuses on analysis of the practical applications of ultrafiltration membrane filtration and ozone bleaching technology in the wastewater treatment industry ,and according to the long-term production experience and the actual data, analyse the operational parameters of the ultrafiltration membrane technology and the ozone bleaching technology. The results show that if the cleaning frequency of ultrafiltration membrane and the external liquid usage can be adujustable according to the practicle use of ultrafiltration membrane ,the system and the output water quality will get a long-term stable; you can explore at a reasonable level ozone dosing rate, to achieve optimal dosing based on the accumulation of the operational data. |
