本文以相转化法制备了聚醚砜(PES)/磺化聚砜(SPSF)共混新型纳滤膜,并考察了磺化聚砜磺化度以及聚醚砜/磺化聚砜共混比对低分子量PEG的截留率和脱盐性能的影响。结果表明,在SPSF磺化度为10%,PES/SPSF共混比例为1.5的条件下,操作压力为0.5MPa,料液温度为25℃,对PEG1000截留率达99.8%,纳滤膜对PEG800截留率达81%,对PEG600截留率达57.8%,对硫酸钠的截留率为69%,对氯化钠的截留率为23.5%,其通量为90.3L/(m2h)。 |

Polyethersulfone(PES)/Sulfonated polysulfone(SPSF) blend nanofiltration membranes were prepared using a simple phase inversion technique. The permeability of nanofiltration membranes fabricated with different sulfonation degree SPSF and SPSF contents was systematically studied. The results showed that nanofiltration membranes with PES/10% sulfonation degree SPSF ratio of 1.5 had high rejection of Na2SO4 (69%), NaCl(23.5%),PEG1000(99.8%), PEG800(81%) and,PEG600(57.8%) large pure water flux(90.3L/(m2h)) at 0.5MPa and 25℃. |
