采用聚偏氟乙烯(PVDF)中空纤维膜对水中的溶解氧进行了脱氧研究,考察了不同内径、壁厚、长度以及不同表面结构的PVDF中空纤维膜对脱氧效率的影响。结果表明,膜的内径、长度和膜的表面结构对脱氧效率的影响很大,内径越小,组件越长,脱氧效率越好,疏松的海绵状孔结构更利于脱氧。壁厚对中空纤维膜的脱氧效率影响不显著。结合中空纤维膜的力学性能,内凝固浴为N-N二甲基乙酰胺(DMAc),内径0.3mm,壁厚0.15mm的中空纤维膜更适于脱气。 |

The degassing performance of polyvinylidene fluoride (PVDF) hollow fiber membrane was studied in this paper with the purpose of improving deoxidizing efficiency. The influence of the inner diameter, wall thickness, module length and the surface morphology on the deoxidizing efficiency has been investigated. The result indicates that the inner diameter, the module length and the surface morphology of the membrane have a great influence on the deoxidizing efficiency. Higher inner diameter and longer module induce higher deoxidizing efficiency. The loose sponge structure of surface of membrane leads to higher deoxidizing efficiency. The effect of the wall thickness of PVDF membrane on the deoxidizing efficiency might be neglected. The hollow fiber membrane with internal coagulant of 70% DMAc, inner diameter of 0.3mm and wall thicknss of 0.15mm would be a better degassing membrane according to the deoxidizing efficiency and mechanics performance of membrane. |
