以聚丙烯纤维和棉纤维为主要材料,采用湿法抄造的方法制备碱性电池隔膜材料。研究了打浆度对隔膜纸页性能的影响以及棉纤维、聚丙烯纤维的配比,分散剂、粘结剂等助剂,热压温度等因素对电池隔膜性能的影响。结果表明,采用70°SR的棉浆与聚丙烯纤维按1:2的质量配比,并添加1.0%的分散剂PEO以及6.0%的胶黏助剂PVA,在135℃的热压温度下可得到强度、吸碱性能良好的碱性电池隔膜,所得隔膜在电解质溶液中的电导率为3.38×10-2S•cm-1。 |

Alkaline batteries separator paper was prepared with polypropylene fiber and the 70°SR cotton fiber by wet papermaking. The influence of beating degree on the performance of the batteries separator paper was studied in this paper. And the influence of the quality ratio of polypropylene fiber and cotton fiber, the additives and hot-press temperature were also investigated in this paper. The results showed that, in the condition of 135℃ of hot pressing, adding PEO 1.0% and PVA 6.0% the performance of battery separator was best when the fiber ratio was 1:2. In electrolyte solution, the conductivity of separator was 3.38×10-2 S•cm- |
