在供作基膜的聚醚砜微滤膜表面涂覆一交联荷负电聚合物薄层,得到表面荷负电的聚醚砜微滤复合膜,对该膜形态、接触角、表面流动电位和抗活性污泥污染等性质进行了测评。结果表明,该表面荷负电的聚醚砜微滤复合膜较之其基膜,膜的亲水性、表面荷负电性和抗活性污泥污染性质均有明显的改善和提高。孔径约0.1um的表面荷负电的聚醚砜复合微滤膜和基膜过滤活性污泥浓度为6000~10000mg/L 的污水,滤饼层阻力Rc分别为0.19×1011m-1和3.13×1011m-1 ,膜孔阻力分别为1.36×1011m-1和4.24×1011m-1。该荷负电的聚醚砜复合材料可作为应用于膜生物反应器的抗污染膜材料使用。 |

In this study, the negative charged membrane by coating an negative charged surface modifying macromolecules(SMM) layer on self-made poly(ether sulfone ) microfiltration membrane was prepared. The membranes prepared were subjected to SEM(Scanning electron microscope)、contact angle measurement and Zeta potential analysis. It was found the contact angle decreased as negative charged layer coated. The coating of surface modifying macromolecules on the poly(ether sulfone) membrane improved the hydrophilicity、negative-charged ability and anti-fouling ability. Fouling of two microfiltration membranes was investigated for the filtration of activated sludge with concentration of 6000~10000mg/L, the Rc values were 0.19×1011m-1 and 3.13×1011m-1 , Rp values were 1.36×1011m-1 and 4.24×1011m-1 respectively for negatived charged membrane and the original membrane. The complex membrane with negative charged surface,may be applied as antifouling polymer membrane in MBR(membrane bioreactor) for wastewater treatment. |
