以渗透通量和脱盐率为实验考核指标,对疏水性TiO2陶瓷膜进行三因素四水平气隙式膜蒸馏正交实验,考察操作条件(进料温度、NaCl溶液浓度、进料流量)对实验考核指标的影响以及膜片的脱盐效果。由实验结果的极差分析和方差分析得知:渗透通量受进料温度的影响最为显著,且随进料温度、进料流量的提高而显著增加,而NaCl溶液浓度对渗透通量几乎无影响;NaCl的脱盐率受进料温度影响显著,且随进料温度、NaCl溶液浓度的增加而下降,进料流量对脱盐率几乎无影响;进料温度的确定需根据实际条件,同时考虑能耗和通量的基础上折中选择;所制备的陶瓷膜用于浓度为2%(w)的NaCl溶液脱盐效果较其它浓度NaCl溶液的好,可适当加大进料流量,以增大渗透通量从而增加透过水产量。 |

The orthogonal experiments of air gap membrane distillation (AGMD) with three factors and four levels were carried out to seek the best operation condition which considered the indexes of the permeation flux and the desalination rate. The effects of operating conditions, such as operating temperature, concentration of the NaCl solution, and feed flow rate on the indexes and desalination efficiency of the membrane were also investigated. It is shown, from the range and variance analyses of the experimental results, that the permeation flux is significantly affected by the operating temperature, but slightly affected by the concentration of the NaCl solution, and the permeation flux increases with the increasing operating temperature and feed flow rate. At the same time, the desalination rate is significantly affected by the operating temperature, but slightly affected by the feed flow rate, and the desalination rate decreases with the increasing operating temperature and the concentration. From all above, the conclusions could be following: the operating temperature must be determined as a proper value based on the balance between the energy consumption and the water throughput according to the practical conditions; the membrane prepared gets better desalination efficiency for 2% NaCl solution than the other concentration’s; the increase of the feed flow rate would result in the increasing permeation flux, which is benefit for the water throughput. |
