水滴模板法是利用凝结并自组装排列成有序阵列的水滴为模板构筑规整多孔薄膜的方法。这种方法简单易行,且作为模板的水滴不需要额外的手段去除。本文采用实验室自制的以二苯甲酮四羧酸二酐(BTDA)和3,3 ?−二甲基−4,4 ?−二氨基二苯甲烷(DMMDA)为单体合成的可溶性聚酰亚胺BTDA-DMMDA为成膜材料制备了蜂窝状有序多孔膜,研究了不同湿气氛围、相对湿度大小以及固体基板等因素对膜孔形态的影响,并探讨了多孔膜表面被剥离前后的亲疏水性变化。结果表明,通过改变环境的相对湿度实现了膜孔径从400nm到2μm的动态调控;亲水性好的固体基板更有利于规整多孔膜的构筑;多孔膜表层剥离后其表面接触角得以大大提高,在超疏水表面有潜在的应用前景。 |

The breath figure is the method to prepare ordered porous films using condensed water droplet arrays as template which is formed by self-assembly. This method has attracted considerable attention due to its facility and the automatic removal of the condensed water droplets. The ordered porous films are successfully prepared from a soluble polyimide named BTDA-DMMDA which is synthesized from 3,3’, 4,4’-benzophenone -tetracarboxylic dianhydride (BTDA) and 4,4’-diamino-3,3’-dimethyldiphenylmethane (DMMDA). Several influencing factors on the morphologies of the ordered pores, such as different humid atmosphere, relative humidity (RH), and solid substrates, are investigated. Furthermore, the hydrophilicity of the porous film is discussed. The results indicate that the pore size, ranging from 400nm to 2μm, can be dynamically controlled by changing RH, that the hydrophilic substrates is more conducive to form ordered porous films and that the contact angle increases a lot by peeling off the porous film’s surface. The film with surface being peeled off has potential application in super hydrophobic surface. |
