将有机碱多乙烯多胺直接加到聚偏氟乙烯(PVDF)铸膜液中,利用L-S相转化法制备PVDF超滤膜;运用红外光谱、扫描电镜、接触角仪等对不同多乙烯多胺含量超滤膜的结构和性能进行表征。结果表明,多乙烯多胺的加入使PVDF超滤膜产生脱氟化氢反应,超滤膜的润湿性有明显改善。随着多乙烯多胺含量的增加,膜通量不断上升;当多乙烯多胺含量不超过6%时,超滤膜对BSA的截留率基本保持不变,当含量超过6%时,超滤膜的截留率明显下降。 |

Organic base of polyethylene polyamine was added directly to the casting solution of poly(vinylidene fluoride) (PVDF). PVDF ultrafiltration membrane was prepared by using L-S phase inversion technique. Then, the structure and properties of the prepared membranes were characterized by means of IR, SEM, contact angle test, et al. The results indicated that dehydrogenation fluoride reaction on the surface of PVDF ultrafitration membranes was produced by the addition of polyethylene polyamine. Wetting of ultrafitration membranes was improved significantly. Flux of membranes was increased constantly as rising the contents of polyethylene polyamine. The BSA retention rate was unchanged essentially at the content of polyethylene polyamine no more than 6%, while the ultrafiltration membrane retention rate was decreased significantly at the content of polyethylene polyamine more than 6%. |
