通过双级纳滤法苦咸水脱盐淡化示范工程的建设及运行,针对北方地区地表苦咸水含盐量高等特点,采用双级纳滤技术,在较低的工作压力下,使产水含盐量稳定降低到600 mg•L-1以下,总硬度降低到10 mg•L-1以下,COD降低到2 mg•L-1以下,产水指标优于《城市杂用水水质》中绿化用水标准(GB/T18920-2002),部分指标甚至优于《生活饮用水卫生标准》(GB5749-2006)。本工程自运行以来,各项技术指标以及水质指标一直保持稳定,运行费用为2.2元/吨水 |

Through the construction and operation of experimental demonstration engineering “Desalting of high degree brackish water by two stage nanofiltration ”, in accordance with the feature of high totalsalinity of surface brackish water in north area of China, the two stages nanofiltration was used with low operating pressure. The result showed that totalsalinity of effluent was stable and as low as less then 600mg•L-1, total hardness as low as less then 10mg•L-1,COD as low as less then 2mg•L-1. All of the index of effluent quality were superior to the requirements of“Water Quality Standard for Urban Miscellaneous Water Consumption”(GB/T18920-2002), some were superior to the requirements of“Standards for Drinking Water Quality”(GB5749-2006). The effluent could be used for road irrigation and afforestation, etc. Months of operation confirmed that technology of the two stages nanofiltration was successful, the technical and effluent quality index was stable.The operation cost was 2.2yuan/t. |
