用无纺滤布动态膜生物反应器处理生活污水,以研究动态膜成膜过程及对生活污水的处理效果。结果表明:在曝气量为600ml/min、出水压头为5cm、MLSS为4500mg/L的条件下启动反应器,1h后出水水质稳定,3h后膜通量稳定,可认为反应器启动后3h形成稳定动态膜。动态膜形成后,出水COD、NN4+-N、TP的值分别在14.46 mg/L~37.67 mg/L、0.79mg/L~3.31mg/L 、2.33~4.67 mg/L之间,其中活性污泥对COD、NN4+-N、TP的去除率分别为78.45%、80.17%、21.74%;动态膜对COD、NN4+-N、TP去除率分别为12.39 %、8.23%、13.36%;使反应器对COD、NN4+-N、TP的总去除率提高至90.84%、88.40%、35.10%。可见无纺滤布动态膜可强化普通生物反应器对污水处理效果。 |

The dynamic membrane bioreactor constructed by non-woven fabric was used for munisipal sewage traetment to study its forming process and treatment effect for sewage.The results showed that the quality of effluent could be stable one hour later and the membrane flux could be stable three hour later after DMBR startup ,when the aeration fluxes was 600 ml/min,the hydraulic head was 5cm and the MLSS was 4500mg/L.So it was considered the stable dynamic membrane was formed 3 hours later after the reactor startup. The contents of COD、TP、NN4+-N were 14.46 mg/L~37.67 mg/L、2.33~4.67 mg/L and 0.79mg/L~3.31mg/L after the dynamic membrane formation ,and the removal rates of COD、TP、NN4+-N were 90.84%、88.40% and 35.10%,which 78.45%、80.17%、21.74% were removaled by activated sludge 12.39 %、13.36%、8.23% were removaled by dynamic membrane.It was thus clear that the non¬-woven fabric dynamic membrane had an enhanced effect to sewage treatment. |
