以聚偏氟乙烯(PVDF)为基体材料,二甲基乙酰胺(DMAc)为溶剂,分别添加细菌纤维素(BC)及其BC/SiO2复合物,通过相分离法制备PVDF/BC共混膜。通过扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、膜性能测试仪对共混膜的结构和性能进行了表征。BC的加入使PVDF/BC共混膜的水通量增加、截留率下降;BC含量为0.4%时,共混膜的综合性能较优。在PVDF膜中加入改性制备的BC/SiO2复合物,PVDF/BC/SiO2共混膜的水通量降低,截留率有所增加。添加了经HCl催化的BC/SiO2复合物的共混膜,截留率达到最大。 |

The PVDF/BC blend membranes were prepared by adding bacterial cellulose (BC) and BC/SiO2 composites by means of phase separation method. Membrane structures and properties were characterized by Scanning Electron Microscope (SEM) and membrane performance tester. The water flux was improved by the addition of BC, but the retention rate decreased. When the BC content is around 0.4%, the blend membrane got the better performance. In the PVDF/BC/SiO2 blend membranes, BC/SiO2 composites were added. In this case, the water flux decreased, while the retention rate was increased. |
