采用非溶剂致相分离(NIPS,nonsolvent induced phase separation)法制备了小孔径磺化聚醚砜-聚醚砜(SPES-PES)共混超滤(UF)膜,对其进行了性能表征,讨论了溶剂、聚合物浓度、聚合物配比对膜性能的影响。结果表明,溶剂对膜性能的影响较大,用N,N-二甲基乙酰胺(DMAc)制得的UF膜通量和截留率相对来说都比较好;随着聚合物SPES-PES浓度的增大,水通量减小,对PEG10000的截留率先增大再基本保持不变;根据实验结果,共混UF膜的截留分子质量(MWCO)小于6000Da,其为负电荷小孔径共混UF膜。根据Matlab计算,共混UF膜的孔径为1.98nm,其MWCO为3060Da。 |

Sulfonated polyethersulfone(SPES)/polyethersulfone(PES) blend UF membrane with small pore size was prepared by the nonsolvent induced phase separation(NIPS) method, and the properties were also tested. The effects of solvents, concentration of polymers and the ratio of SPES to PES on membrane performance were considered. The result showed that the solvent had a huge impact on the membrane performance. The membrane made by dimethylacetamide (DMAc) had a better performance on flux and rejection. With an increasing of the concentration of polymers the flux of water decreased while the rejection of PEG-10000 increased first and then tended to be stable. The molecular-weight cut-off (MWCO) was under 6000Da, and the membrane was negatively charged blend UF membrane with small pore size by measuring the rejections of different solutions. On the basis of Matlab calculation, the pore size and MWCO of blend UF membrane were 1.98nm and 3060Da, respectively. |
