以非织造布(NWF)为支撑材料,以带有催化活性基团的聚合物--磺化聚醚砜(SPES)/聚醚砜(PES)共混物为膜材料,采用浸渍—溶液相转化法制备出具有高孔隙率的SPES/PES/NWF复合催化膜,组装膜反应器,以乙酸和乙醇为原料制备乙酸乙酯。研究显示:在单次贯流模式操作下,反应温度328K,醇酸摩尔比3.9:1,停留时间330s时,乙酸转化率达到了75.5%。在循环贯流模式操作下,乙酸的平衡转化率达到91.0%;与渗透汽化耦合后,平衡转化率提高到95.4%。该复合膜催化技术有望为乙酸乙酯和相关酯类的绿色合成提供新的技术支持。 |

Abstract PET non-woven fiber (NWF) as a support and the sulfonated polyethersulfone (SPES)/polyethersulfone (PES) as blending polymer were used to prepare a SPES/PES/NWF composite catalytic membrane (CCM) with high porosity by a non-solvent induced phase inversion process. Then the membranes were employed to carry out the esterification of acetic acid with ethanol into the fixed membrane reactor. The results showed that the acetic acid conversion reached 75.5% in a single flow-through mode at the initial ethanol/acetic acid molar ratio of 3.9:1, reaction temperature of 348K and the residence time of 330s. The acetic acid equilibrium conversion was 91.0% in a closed-loop flow-through mode. For the pervaporation-assisted esterification in the closed-loop mode, a new equilibrium conversion reached 95.4%. And this novel composite membrane catalytic technology has a potential in synthesis of ethyl acetate and related esters. |
