纺丝过程中拉伸比对七通道聚砜中空纤维膜 微结构及性能的影响 |

以聚砜(PSf)为膜材料、N,N-二甲基乙酰胺(DMAc)为溶剂、聚乙二醇(PEG)为添加剂配成纺丝铸膜液,通过溶液相转化制备七通道聚砜中空纤维膜,系统研究了不同拉伸比对膜形态结构及性能的影响规律。结果表明:纤维外径、小孔直径及小孔与小孔之间的距离以及内表面功能层厚度等均随着拉伸比的提高而减小。同时,提高了其中空纤维膜的纯水通量由96.5 L/(m2·h)增加到131.8 L/(m2·h);但对BSA的截留率有所降低,断裂伸长率及断裂强度也均有一定程度的减小也有所降低. |

Polysulfone(PSf) as a fundamental membrane material,N, N-dimethy lacetamide ( DMAc) as a solvent and polyethylene glycol(PEG) as an additive were used to prepare seven-bore polysulfone hollow fiber membranes via immersion phase precipitation. The effects of draw ratio on the morphologies and performances of PSf hollow fiber membranes were investigated. The results show that the outer diameter of the hollow fiber membrane, the inner diameter of the small bores, the distance between the small bores and the thickness of the dense layer of the small bores decreased with the increase of draw ratio. Meanwhile, the pure water permeation flux increased from 96.5 L/(m2·h) to 131.7 L/(m2·h) with the increase of draw ratio. Besides, BSA rejection, the breaking force and the elongation of the hollow fiber membranes decreased with the increase of draw ratio. |
