曝气量、抽停比、膜通量、反洗水量等工艺参数是影响浸没式超滤膜污染的主要因素,本研究采用正交试验的方法对这些因素的影响显著性进行分析,从方差分析的结果可得曝气量和抽停比对膜污染具有极为显著地影响作用,反洗水量对膜污染具有显著影响,所设定的膜通量对膜污染无显著影响。通过因素水平表对工艺参数进行优化,最终优化得到的工艺参数为,曝气量为4 Nm3/h ,抽停比为16 min/2 min,反洗水量为产水量的80 %,膜通量为55 LMH。膜组件在最优的条件下可以稳定运行3-4 d,之后需要进行在线化学清洗。 |

The factors of aeration rate , on/off ratio, backflushing flow and membrane flux had important roles on the fouling of submerged ultrafiltration membrane. Orthogonal experiment was used to find out the remarkable influence function among these factors, the results of the variance analysis showed that the factors of aeration rate and on/off ratio had a significant influence on membrane fouling, and the factor of backflushing flow had a slight influence, while the factor of membrane flux had no influence on the membrane fouling. The obtained optimal parameters were; aeration rate 4 Nm3/h;on/ off ratio 16 min/2 min,;backflushing flow which is 80 % of water yield and membrane flux 55 LMH. The module can run steadily in the optimum condition for 3-4 days before chemical cleaning. |
