中空纤维透析器广泛应用于终末期肾病的血液透析治疗,对全球的肾病患者有着重要作用,然而关于透析器溶质传递方面的研究却很少。本文根据质量守恒定律和双膜理论建立了一个中空纤维透析膜理论传质模型,使用中小分子代表物质对三种常用膜材料进行模拟实验测试,并使用该传质模型计算总传质系数和纤维膜的扩散系数,分析纤维膜传质性能与纤维膜材料/结构特性之间的相互关系,为中空纤维膜制备过程中的材料选择、结构优化设计等提出了参考性建议。 |

Hollow fiber dialyzer is widely applied in the end-stage renal disease in hemo-dialysis therapy. It plays an important role in kidney disease patients in the world. However, there is little research of solute transfer in dialyzer. This paper builds a theoretical mass-transfer model of dialysis hollow fiber membrane, based on mass-conservation theory and double-membrane theory. Three common membrane materials are used in simulation test,and data is calculated with the mass transfer model with represent solutes. With analysis of the relationship between mass-transfer performance and the structural characteristics of membrane, referential suggestions for material selection and structural design in manufacture of hollow fiber membrane are put forward. |
