| PVC超滤膜处理生活污水及膜污染控制研究 |

为了研究PVC中空纤维超滤膜直接处理高浓度污水的能力以及膜污染的控制方法,实验将PVC超滤膜采用错流过滤直接处理某污水处理厂生活污水.并采用脉冲进料控制膜污染.结果表明生活污水经三级过滤后,相关指标达到一级A排放标准:污水浊度降到0.1NTU以下:CODCr由120.97mg/L降到47.34mg/L,去除率为60.9%;DOC由8.95mg/L降到4.08mg/L,去除率为54.4%;细菌截留率为99.6%.低频脉冲进料可以有效提高膜表面的剪切力缓解超滤膜的污染,实验研究表明采用高频脉冲进料能提高膜的平衡通量近2倍. |

In order to investigate the ability of PVC hollow fiber membrane for sewage treatment and control of membrane fouling, PVC membrane was directly applied to treat municipal sewage with cross-flow filtration. And, pulse feeding was used to reduce membrane fouling. Results showed that when municipal sewage was treated three times by PVC membrane, related indexes were up to the national standard of A for Class One, the turbidity is below 0.1NTU, CODcr decreases from 120.97mg/L to 47.34mg/L, the removal efficiencies is 60.9%, DOC changes from 8.95mg/L to 4.08mg/L, the removal efficiencies is 54.4%. And, rejection rate of bacteria is 99.6%. Experimental results also indicated that the stable membrane flux can be increased almost 200% by low frequency pulse feeding. So, it is confirmed that membrane fouling can be relieved effectively by using pulse feeding to enhance shear force on membrane surface. |
