本文针对以聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯为主要成分的退浆废水,采用孔径为50 nm的陶瓷膜过滤,实现废水的资源化利用。采用两级串联先循环后浓缩的操作方式。循环过滤时,拟稳态通量为423 L·m-2·h-1和453 L·m-2·h-1。循环结束后进行浓缩,浓缩倍数达到22倍时通量为66 L·m-2·h-1和54 L·m-2·h-1;膜对COD的截留率为87.5%,产水浊度低于1 NTU,废水中的氢氧化钠等小分子物质均透过膜层进入渗透液;膜污染是以聚甲基丙烯酸酯在膜表面形成滤饼为主;碱洗及酸洗膜通量恢复至新膜的95%以上。陶瓷膜出水回用于生产过程;工业化陶瓷膜运行稳定,经济效益显著。 |

In present paper, ceramic membrane with pore size of 50 nm was adopted to resource utilization the desizing wastewater, of which PMMA is the basis content. A two-stage series operation mode was employed, and the process was operated with recirculation and then concentration. The pseudo-steady fluxes of membranes in the first module and second module were 423 L•m-2•h-1and 453 L•m-2•h-1, respectively. Concentration operation was conducted after recirculation and, the fluxes of the two membranes were 66 L•m-2•h-1and 54 L•m-2•h-1 when the concentration ratio was 22. The membranes performed COD retention of 87.5% and the turbidity of the permeated water was lower than 1 NTU. No rejection was detected for the components with low molecular weight such as NaOH. It was found that the main membrane fouling was caused by the cake formation of PMMA on membrane surface, and the permeability recovered to be higher than 95%. The water produced by these ceramic membranes was reused to the production process, and the industrial scale membrane system run stably, economically showing good performance. |
