本文通过室温搅拌法合成了Cu(tpa)纳米晶,并将其作为改性剂制备了Cu(tpa)/PVDF杂化超滤膜。通过XRD、FT-IR和SEM等手段表征了Cu(tpa)纳米晶,系统研究了Cu(tpa)纳米晶及其含量对PVDF杂化超滤膜的形貌、结构以及性能的影响,采用SEM、XRD、FT-IR、静态水接触角等手段对杂化膜进行了表征,结果表明Cu(tpa)纳米晶可以有效调节PVDF膜的内部结构,当Cu(tpa)添加量为5wt%时,Cu(tpa)/PVDF膜内部全部为海绵状结构。性能测试结果显示,Cu(tpa)材料的添加可以显著提高PVDF膜的纯水通量,同时对BSA截留率保持在96%以上。此外,BSA静态吸附和恢复水通量测试表明,Cu(tpa)/PVDF膜具有良好的抗污染性能。 |

In this work, Cu(tpa) nanocrystals were synthesized by stirring at room temperature and were introduced into PVDF membrane as modifier to prepare Cu(tpa)/PVDF hybrid ultrafiltration membrane. Cu(tpa) nanocrystals were characterized by XRD, FT-IR and SEM. The effects of Cu(tpa) nanocrystals and their contents on the morphology, structure and properties of Cu(tpa)/PVDF hybrid ultrafiltration membrane were systematically studied. The hybrid membrane was characterized by SEM, XRD, FT-IR andstatic water contact angle technique etc.The results showed that Cu(tpa) nanocrystals effectively regulated the internal morphology of PVDF membrane. When the content of Cu(tpa) was 5 wt%, the inside of the Cu(tpa)/PVDF membrane was entirely occupied by a spongy-like structure. Properties test results showed that the additon of Cu(tpa) material can significantly increased the pure water flux of PVDF wihile maintaining its BSA rejection above 96%. In addition, the BSA static adsorption and recovery water flux test showed that the Cu(tpa)/PVDF membrane had good anti-fouling performance. |
