针对煤化工废水回用反渗透(RO)系统普遍面临的浓差极化严重、膜污堵频繁、脱盐效率不足等技术瓶颈,本研究以某大型煤制烯烃项目为研究对象,通过对比分析现场无段间增压泵的一级两段RO系统与中试有段间增压泵RO系统的长期运行数据,系统探究了段间增压泵对RO装置核心性能的影响机制。结果表明:段间增压泵可通过提升二段进水压力与膜面流速,使系统整体脱盐率提升2%~3%,二段产水电导率从175 μS/cm以上降至51 μS/cm左右,化学清洗周期从10~15 d延长至45 d以上,显著降低膜污堵速率并延长膜元件使用寿命。确定了二段最佳进水压力为1.2 MPa,为能耗、膜寿命与清洗成本的最优平衡点。本研究通过中试验证与机理剖析,为高盐废水回用RO系统的设计优化、已投运系统的改造升级提供量化数据支撑与工程实践指南。 |

Aiming at the technical bottlenecks commonly faced by reverse osmosis (RO) systems for coal chemical wastewater reuse, such as severe concentration polarization, frequent membrane fouling, and insufficient desalination efficiency, this study took a large coal-to-olefins project as the research object. By comparatively analyzing the long-term operating data of an on-site first-stage two-section RO system without an interstage booster pump and a pilot-scale RO system with an interstage booster pump, the impact mechanism of the interstage booster pump on the core performance of the RO device was systematically explored. The results showed that the interstage booster pump could increase the overall desalination rate of the system by 2%~3% by improving the feed water pressure and membrane surface flow rate of the second section, reduce the conductivity of the second-stage product water from more than 175 μS/cm to about 51 μS/cm, and extend the chemical cleaning cycle from 10~15 days to more than 45 days, which significantly reduced the membrane fouling rate and prolongs the service life of membrane elements. The optimal feed pressure for the second stage was determined to be 1.2 MPa, which represented the optimal balance point among energy consumption, membrane service life and cleaning cost. Through pilot-scale verification and mechanism analysis, this study provides quantitative data support and engineering practice guidelines for the design optimization of RO systems for high-salt wastewater reuse and the transformation and upgrading of existing systems. |
